Hello! My name is Hannah Wolfram: a writer, editor, and historian with a thirst for knowledge and a sense of curiosity that knows no limits.

I have been in and out of the academic editing space since roughly 2018, with 2023 being the last year I was able to do any heavy lifting in terms of projects (aside from college application essays and essays written by college students, which I’ve still been doing on a semi-regular basis despite my health circumstances.) I had a health crisis in 2023 that impacted me quite deeply, but now that I’ve figured out how to live in my “new normal” state, I can’t squash the tiny voice in my head that is compelling me to get back into editing for academic and academic-adjacent projects.

I have an Honors BA in History from Rowan University, where I studied from 2015-2020. I also received three minors: International Studies, Creative Writing, and Spanish. My graduation GPA was a 3.97; I received a single A- throughout all of the courses I completed in those 5 years, with the rest of my scores being A’s and what would be considered A+’s.

I wrote my thesis on the early responses of the British to chemical weapons during World War I and how their fears of and their adaptations to these kinds of attacks altered the course of the war.

In order to receive an Honors BA, one of the requirements was to take at least one Honors course per semester, most of which were considered “Writing Intensive” due to their focus on reading, synthesizing, interpreting, and finally writing our own original texts. These were some of my favorite classes, and I still remember my Women’s Studies course on how the ability to speak (and lack thereof) has traditionally been a way to disempower and oppress women, but with a focus on sci-fi and dystopian novels that embraced this concept for their worlds. (One of the books I read, Vox, has stuck with me to this day when I think of female oppression.)

I’m planning to really try to re-launch my career starting in July of 2026, and I would be honored if you decided to give me the opportunity to show you what I’m made of.
